Sinhal's indirect fired heaters are compatable to Coal, Wood, Leco, Husk charging & are manufactured from grade 20 cast iron casting as well as special grade heat resistant alloy cast advantageous over other brands as we make the complete heaters in house in our foundry. Thermal efficiency as high as 85% is achieved in our heaters.

AIR FLOW WORKING PRINCIPLE

The ambient air which is regulated enters from the cold air intake & Touches the outer surface of the exchanger tube bundles. Hot flue gases drawn by a draught created over the grade by the fan & chimney pass through the 4 rows of tube banks & over other cast surfaces & the ambient air drawn by the dryer picks up the heat from these heated surfaces. Once preheated it further travels through the outer circuit reaches the top, changes the course goes in the inner circuit gradually building the temperature at each temp zone. Once it completes the highest temp zone & absorbs the max temp there & goes to the nose bag by touching the back plates. from nose bag the air is sucked inside the dryer.

SALIENT FEATURES

  1. Sinhal's Heater reduces fuel consumption due to max utilisation of heat by it's increased no. of passes, thus saving cost of production.

  2. There is no air or gas leakage therefore no sudden drop in temp from our heaters which prolongs life of casting & maintains consistence required temp inside the heater. Fuel gas temp never falls below dew point.

  3. Sinhal's Heaters are fitted with 4 rows of tube banks providing greater area for heat transfer & which lasts for decades in comparison to older heaters which requires constant changing of oval tubes. All our tubes are hydraulically tested to with stand high temp requirements and to avoid gas leakage.

  4. Maintainance free as total lagging avoided at outer surface & insulation provided.

  5. Temp can be raised to 200 degrees Farenheit/ 130 degree Centigrade within 45 mnins. low coal consumption upto .5 to .8 Kgs. per kg of made tea.
